     Building Tomorrow’s Homes
TODAY!
As human beings, one of our most cherished possessions is our home. In the past, Americans moved every four to five years on average, reaching higher in location, price and amenities with each “move up.” As we have learned from recent fluctuations in the economy, this “move up” parade has driven the local and national economy for many years.

VJJM offers tomorrow’s home today.
What is “tomorrow’s home”?
What makes it futuristic
?

The History of Architecture 101 is simple; our architectural designs are almost all borrowed from our ancestral designs; initially they reminded us of the home left behind. Many of those styles and features were copied from the original architects of Greece and Rome, and then revived and renewed century after century. True to our American melting pot, McMansions have been the most recent reinvention of styles by blending random pieces and parts from all.

Today, that American Dream home model is quickly changing. We no longer aspire to a McMansion on the hill with all the consumption,  expense  and  maintenance  involved. We long for simpler, cozier, more accommodating designs that help us live uncluttered rather than making more demands on our lives. We want to create our place in a neighborhood and community where we can enjoy friends and families and put down roots. We need a different kind of home...one for today, tomorrow and the next, that will provide shelter and flexibility for our changing lifestyles through generations.

VJJM Builders is all about providing that Tomorrow’s Home Today: homes that are great value, energy efficient (Energy Star), respectful of the environment (Green Build Certified) and designs welcoming to all (Universal), no matter the age and ability; homes with features that will continue to surprise and delight their owners long after closing day.
